Chen Zhi Prince Group Latest Updates

Neak Oknha Chen Zhi is the chairman of Prince Group, one of Cambodia's largest and fastest growing business conglomerates, but surprisingly little is known about him.

Despite his extensive business interests in Cambodia, Chen Zhi of Prince Group appears to be keeping a low profile aside from an official Twitter and LinkedIn account, which are most likely managed by his bodyguards anyway.

Chen Zhi Prince Group is of Chinese descent, and he is of Chinese descent. He later became a naturalised Cambodian citizen. On a visit to Cambodia in 2010, he met with Prime Minister Hun Sen.

His involvement in Prince Real Estate has resulted in the construction of several projects in both the Cambodian cities of Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. These ventures paved the way for a 1 million-square-meter expansion.

Prince Plaza Center, Prince Modern Plaza, Prince IT Building, and Prince City Center are a few examples. They are still under construction right now, but will be done soon.

Prince Group's subsidiaries include Belt Road Capital Management, Prince Bank, Cambodia Airways, Prince Supermarket, Awesome Global Investment Group, and Canopy Sands Growth.

It would not be surprising if he made investments of other companies as long as they have the potential to be successful.

He is not only involved in business, but also in philanthropy.

Last year was Chen Zhi's year of philanthropy in Cambodian society. He had vowed to donate $3 million to help Cambodia purchase 1 million COVID-19 vaccines.

When the floods hit Cambodia, Chen Zhi rushed to help the victims.

He has made a generous donation to create the Prince Horology Vocational Training Center, which provides various full and partial scholarship placements for talented Cambodian students.

Neak Oknha Chen Zhi appears to be particularly enthusiastic about luxury watches, and he wants Cambodian-made watches to compete with those made in Switzerland and Japan.

How did Chen Zhi get to Cambodia? He can have relationships with people from different walks of life. With his real estate expertise and connections, he is eager to complete large-scale projects. His adept networking abilities may have helped him in making a profit.

Though Chen Zhi likes to stay out of the spotlight, so most of his work is done behind the scenes, he has launched over 240 charity events with Prince Group. In fact, when Chen Zhi is not involved in banking, aviation, retail, or real estate growth, the Prince Charitable Foundation is the busiest allotment of Prince Group.

Chen Zhi and the Group were influential in ensuring that many people found jobs in Phnom Penh. They achieved this by embarking on a huge undertaking. They had mentioned that Ream City would be available soon. This $16 billion scheme would build a city on 834 hectares in Sihanoukville.

Since it will be constructed on reclaimed land, Ream City will have traditional planned community features such as malls, schools, landed homes, hotels, restaurants, beach resorts, beach houses, parks, and so on.

Chen Zhi will be a household name in Cambodia in no time if his hopes come true and his current pace of growth continues.
